Soul Dial™ is run by Craig White, a developer and product creator based in Australia, together with his wife Natalie.

Craig has spent many years building software, digital tools, and technology-driven products, with experience launching and supporting products used by thousands of customers. That background shapes how Soul Dial is developed — with a strong focus on reliability, thoughtful user experience, and long-term support.

Natalie helps manage the operational side of the business, assisting with production coordination, logistics, and community engagement. Together, they run Soul Dial as a small independent company dedicated to creating high-quality tools for tabletop gamers.

We believe great products improve over time. Customer feedback, ideas, and feature suggestions play a major role in how Soul Dial evolves. Many improvements and new features come directly from conversations with the community that uses the device at their gaming tables.
